1. Queue Reservation
- Your slot will be confirmed only after the deposit has been received. Work will begin after the deposit is paid.
- 1 queue / 1 artwork2. Payment
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
- The remaining 50% must be paid after the artwork is completed.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.3. Usage Notice
- Please clearly state the intended usage during the briefing process (e.g., personal use / commercial use, etc.).
- Additional usage terms follow the conditions stated in the pricing section.4. Briefing
- Please provide clear and detailed information when briefing.
- Reference images may be provided to indicate tone or atmosphere.
- Direct copying or imitation of other artists’ works is not accepted.5. Canvas Size & File Format
- Maximum size: 4000 x 4000 px, 400 DPI
- File format: PNG / JPEG
- Delivery via E-mail or Google Drive
- If you require a transparent background file, please inform in advance.6. Turnaround Time
- Rush orders are not accepted.
- Estimated time: 1–5 days after the briefing is finalized.
- Any delays will be informed in advance.7. Revisions
- Unlimited revisions during the sketch stage.
- After coloring, up to 2 revisions are allowed.
- Additional revisions cost 100 THB per request.8. Copyright & Modification
- The copyright of the artwork remains with the artist.
- Editing, modifying, or using the artwork for AI generation without permission is prohibited.9. Reselling
- If you wish to resell the artwork, please inform the artist in advance to arrange additional agreements before proceeding.
- Proper credit must be given as “Lemle” or “MasatoTH” at all times.10. Portfolio Use
The artist reserves the right to post the artwork on social media.
If you prefer otherwise, please inform in advance.By confirming the commission and paying the deposit, the client is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated above.
